To refill or renew your medication, email Alberto—our refill department lead—at alberto@innovativemenshealth.com Please include your full name, date of birth, medication name & strength (plus Rx number if you have it), and your preferred pharmacy’s name and contact details. Alberto will verify your chart, send the new prescription to your pharmacy, and let you know when it’s ready.

If you haven’t received a response within two business days, please call our main office at 425-455-1700.

If you’ve emailed Alberto, called our main line, and contacted Mo without success, email our customer service team at info@innovativemen.com. We’ll prioritize your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
