Prescription Medication Refunds
Due to federal and state regulations governing prescription medications, all prescription medications are final sale. Once a medication has been dispensed or shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including unopened or unused products. This policy helps protect patient safety and complies with applicable healthcare regulations.
Medical Services & Memberships
Fees for medical consultations, laboratory testing, telehealth visits, and provider services are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Memberships or recurring programs may be canceled according to their terms, but charges for services already provided are non-refundable.
