Care Designed for Washington’s Smaller Communities

Patients should not have to make repeated trips across mountain passes, ferry routes, or long rural highways to access specialized care. IMH provides telehealth access to eligible patients throughout Washington while coordinating required laboratory testing close to home whenever possible.

We serve patients across the Olympic Peninsula and coast, Southwest Washington, Central and North Central Washington, Northeast Washington, the Columbia Basin, the Palouse, and communities throughout Eastern Washington.

Examples include communities in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis, Klickitat, Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Whitman, Asotin, Columbia, Garfield, and surrounding counties.

Is Washington Telehealth Right for You?

Telehealth may be appropriate for adults located in Washington who can safely complete required laboratory testing and participate in virtual follow-up care. Eligibility depends on your medical history, symptoms, lab results, requested service, and the provider’s clinical judgment.

Submitting an inquiry or medical intake does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. If your needs require a physical examination, urgent evaluation, or care outside IMH’s scope, the provider may recommend appropriate in-person or emergency care.
